Arabian Ranches is an upscale villa community which is set in a gorgeous green environment. The general consensus is that Arabian Ranches is a high-quality locations with all fittings and fixtures, cabinetry etc being of very good quality. 

Arabian Ranches is home to many married couples and young families. It’s a peaceful community, but over weekends you will smell many barbeques, and the Golf Club is nearly always full.

Arabian Ranches is propped full of great things to do to keep you and your family happy. Walking paths and walkways surround the community and run along the perimeter of the golf course. Community swimming pools and tennis courts also form part of this community’s extensive list of amenities.

Arabian Ranches villas benefit from expertly manicured surrounds, as well as larger gardens than similar communities such as Springs and Meadows

Arabian Ranches Golf Course is the centrepiece to this community and consists of 18-holes in a desert-style grass course covering 247 acres.

The Arabian Ranches Community centre is the most convenient shopping location within the community. Geant is a great place to buy the necessities needed at home, while Shakespeare and Co, and Pizza Hut are available to suit residents more immediate culinary needs.

For something a little bit more upscale the Arabian Ranches Golf Club is a great place to eat delicious food while staring out at the 9th and 18th holes of the golf course.

Arabian Ranches villas are great for space and cost. Lush gardens and large rooms make these villas ideal for a family. With very little traffic in the area, Arabian Ranches is a very peaceful place to live.

It will come as a surprise to many that these villas cost per square foot is comparable to Springs Dubai, and not communities such as Jumeirah Golf Estates.

The noise coming from Motor City’s Autodrome can be displeasing at times, but this isn’t always a problem.
