    Terms and Conditions for Clients

    Terms and Conditions of listing on JustProperty.com 

     
    Member Terms and Conditions
     
    This agreement is made between: 
     
    Party A – JRD Group DMCC, PO Box 410531, Dubai, UAE &
    Party B – The client as detailed on the booking form 
     
    1.1. Package DetailsParty B is signing up to join property portal JustProperty.com as per the details in the Client Booking Form. 
     
    1.2. Listing Duration & Cancellation 
    1.2.1. This listings agreement will be valid for the number of months as detailed on the booking form. 
    1.2.2. The listings will be valid and shown on the Just Property website as long as there exists a valid contract between Party A and Party B and that all payments are kept up-to-date by Party B. 
    1.2.3. Cancellation of this booking is not permitted before the end of the contract period.
     
    1.3. Pricing and payments 
    1.3.1. Party B will pay a monthly fee to Party A as per the client booking form. Payment can be made either by post-dated cheques, through Bank Transfer or by Credit/Debit Cards (Terms & Conditions of payment arrangements other than post dates cheques would be as indicated in the notes section of the Client Booking Form. Credit/Debit card payments are liable to 2.5% charges unless otherwise mentioned). Cheques to be made payable to “JRD Group DMCC”. A fee of AED 500 per cheque will be charged for any bounced cheques. 1.3.2. The prices mentioned in the contract include 5% VAT which is applicable effective January 1, 2018 vide Federal Decree – Law No. (8) of 2017 published by the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Finance. 
    1.3.3.The prices exclude any other central, state, or local body taxes which may hereafter become effective during the tenure of the contract. The subscriber will be responsible for any such applicable taxes from the time they become payable. 
    1.3.4. At the end of this agreement, Party B will inform Party A if they wish to continue listing on Just Property and a new listing agreement will be signed. 
     
    1.4. Service Activation 
    1.4.1. Party B’s listings will be made active by Party A no later than 48 hours of receipt of the first payment from Party B, providing the listings data has been made available to Party A either by Party B or any third party provider. 
     
    1.5. Listing Amendments 
    1.5.1. Party A will update the listings daily if provided through XML or other automated feeds from Party B. 
    1.5.2. Where an automated data feed is provided by Party B or a third party provider, Party A cannot be held responsible for interruptions in its listing service arising from errors or interruptions in the feed provided. 
    1.5.3. Party B may also update their listings manually by logging in to the Just Property admin section. 
     
    1.6 Governing law and Jurisdiction
    1.6.1 This Contract is subject to and governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (“the DIFC”).
    1.6.2 Any dispute, difference, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this contract with a claimed amount of AED 1,000,000 or less, including (but not limited to) any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, discharge, and applicable remedies, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Small Claims Tribunal of the Dubai International Financial Centre (“the DIFC SCT”).
    1.6.3 Any further dispute, difference, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including (but not limited to) any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, discharge and applicable remedies, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (“the DIFC Courts”).
     
    1.7 General
    1.7.1 Each of the conditions of this contract operate separately. If any court or competent authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining conditions will remain in full force and effect. You and we both agree to that the courts of Dubai International Financial Centre will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. You and we further agree that any financial disputes relating to this contract shall be settled via the Small Claims Tribunal in the DIFC Courts.
