This Week's Tip:
RINGO REALTY…about your neighborhood Condo Rules and Regulations - Part 2 Parking, who would have thought a parking space would be an issue? Well it can be. There are three different types of parking in a condo. The first is deeded. It means it's physically your property, you can touch it, see it, and identify it. The second is assigned. It means the condo association or responsible management company has given a parking space that you can use but that space may change at a later date and you have no control over it. The third is rented. You have only lease hold or license to use. Then there are different styles of parking. Tandem is when someone parks behind you or in front of you and one car must be moved so the other can enter or leave. Garage or car port is covered, then there is assigned or unassigned in a lot. Make sure you ask about the style of parking before you buy. For an educational real estate shopping experience, or for a no obligation on the marketing of your home or building in the Greater Boston and South Shore areas, areas "Ring us at 617-738-Ringo (7464) and Start Packing!" or visit us at www.ringorealty.com or stop by at 1423 Beacon Street in Coolidge Corner. |
