Dubai Marina Accommodation Price guide:

Buildings vary by reputation of their build quality, views and location by as much as 40% in price. Some buildings have superb finishes and facilities.

You will expect to pay more for these and less for buildings with mediocre reputations. The location closer to Marina Walk (Grosvenor House Hotel end of the Marina) is generally more sought after  so expect to pay more.  The views vary from stunning Marina or sea views to views of the road and industrial areas or blocked views. Full sea/palm or marina views will be more expensive.

Dubai Marina Short Term Rental Prices:

The range reflects the quality of the apartments/developments and also the rates charged by different owners and companies.  These are typical ranges to be used as a guide for your consideration.

Peak: This is generally the winter(Nov-Feb) period when the weather in Dubai is superb.  Other peak periods are during Ramadan and special events such as the Dubai Shopping Festival.

Short term rental tips:

  • Having good views adds immensely to a holiday and is worth a little extra money. Ensure that there is a good balcony.
  • Also, staying in a building that is close to a hotel means that you can get taxis very easily as taxis tend to park up at the hotels.
  • Some marina buildings (on the sea/JBR side of the marina) offer very easy beach access (2 min walk) and this can be a huge plus. It is worth checking for this if this is important to you.
  • A good balcony with good furniture is a huge plus to be able sit, eat and enjoy the views.

  • On site facilites (pool, gym, beach access etc...)
  • Nearby facilities within walking distance (restaurants, shops, bars)
  • Ease of getting a taxi (near a hotel or popular area)
